Unable to upload files while using LiveHelpNow Windows App

I am unable to upload files in LiveHelpNow panel, how to fix?

When uploading files to Knowledge base you may encounter an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

.
To fix please follow these steps:

  1. Exit Windows App by right clicking on the LiveHelpNow icon in the system tray and selecting "exit"


  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\LiveHelpNow, Right click on LiveHelpNow.exe and select Run as Administrator
