Can i install LiveHelpNow live chat chat or ticket button on my WordPress blog?

You can install LiveHelpNow live chat or submit a ticket buttons on any website and any blog.

Please review step-by-step instructions on how to install WordPress Live Chat widget by LiveHelpNow 

If you would like to not use the widget and install LiveHelpNow manually please follow these steps:

*if your blog is hosted by WordPress.com you are not allowed JavaScript snippets so you would need to choose "No javascript" installation type while in LiveHelpNow installation wizard.

To install LiveHelpNow is WordPress please follow these steps:

1. Login to the Admin section of your WordPress Site (usually www.yourdmain.com/wp-admin)
2. On the left-hand side bar, under Plugins, click Add New
3. In the Search box, type HTML-Javascript Adder and click Search plugins
4. On the right-hand side, click Install
5. In the pop-up installer box, click the orange Install Now button in the upper-right corner
6. This will take yo to the Plugin Installing status page. Once the plugin is finished installing, click Activate Plugin
7. On the left-hand side bar, under Appearance, click Widgets
8. In the Available Widgets section, locate HTML Javascript Adder -- 1
9. Click, Hold, and Drag the widget to the appropriate sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen
10. Once in place on the sidebar, in the "Your Javascript/HTML/Flash embed code or others" box, paste your LiveHelpNow code and click Save at the bottom
11. Your LiveHelpNow box is now active on your website!
