I received the auto invitation to chat on my website when i installed the chat buttons code and now i do not see it. What's wrong?

The auto-invitation is shown once per visitor per hour.
Which means if you are testing on the same computer you need to wait 60 minutes and test again.
This is done this way to avoid irritating your visitors with constant invitations to chat.
