Question
How do I install the live chat system on my website?

Answer

We offer two ways to add live chat to your site, the HelpOut Tab and the live chat button.

The HelpOut Tab is a sliding right-tab that works with any combination of LiveHelpNow systems (Live chat, Email-Ticket management, Call Management, and the Knowledge Base). We recommend installing the HelpOut Tab during your trial so you can test out everything LiveHelpNow has to offer.

The live chat button opens the chat window & allows visitors to either leave a message, submit a ticket, or request a callback when you're offline.

Either way, it's important to install the LiveHelpNow Alerter on your computer first so you receive timely notifications of incoming chats.
