LiveHelpNow live chat software is designed to identify unique visitors on your website. Unique visitors are tracked by their IP addresses. When a unique visitor chats with you multiple times in the same day, all of his/her chats are merged into one session in the chat history.
*If you prefer to report each chat session individually, regardless of IP address, then:1. Switch to Admin Panel -> Chat System -> System setup -> System settings.2. Chat session initialization: select “Same IP Address – New Chat Session” from the drop-down list.
We do not generally recommend changing this setting since doing so will clear the 'Call History' of chatting visitors & disable any custom feeds that you've added to the chat code.
