What is “whisper mode” and how do I use it?

Answer

LiveHelpNow patent pending Whisper Technology allows Live Chat agents to monitor and coach each other as they chat with customers. “Whispers” will only appear for your chat agents, not for your visitors.

To whisper a message to another operator:

  1. Select an active chat session assigned to an operator other than yourself.
  2. Type your message into the chat box and Send the whisper.
