Can I customize my messages?

Answer

All system messages can be completely customized for all LiveHelpNow products (Live Chat, Ticketing and Support system)
For example messages such as "Please be patient while being connected with an operator" could be customized to say "Please be patient while we are trying to connect you with an operator... Did you know that all toyota accessories are now on sale? Please ask one of our operators for details"
