The operator panel automatically syncs up with an Administrator's computer system time when he/she logs into the system.
So if the administrator's local time is EST then the system will show all chat and visit times in EST.
If you find that operator does not show correct time please check that your local computer time is correct and follow these steps:
1. Please make sure you are logged in as an administrator to the account.
2. Click the "Log out" button.
3. This will direct you to LiveHelpNow home page. Please click "Login" link to log back in
4. Enter your credentials and login to the operator panel. At this point the system will sync with your local computer time.
