How to activate post ticket survey
To activate post ticket survey please follow these steps:
1. Create a post ticket survey with metrics you would like to assess post ticket in Admin Workspace->System setup->Surveys
2. View ticket templates in Admin workspace->Ticket->Categories/Email templates like so:
3. Open category template you would like to use your survey with. View "Comment added by operator" and "Ticket resolved" templates where you may associate your survey so when ticket is resolved or commented by agents customers are asked to provide feedback on the comment or resolution.
