How to customize the look of the published Knowledge Base

I would like to skin our Knowledge Base system so it looks just like our main website, is this possible, and if so how do I do that?

LiveHelpNow powered support portal may be completely customized to matchyour brand.

To complete the customization please follow these steps:

  1. Publish CNAME record in your DNS to make sure your support portal is accessed by your customers under your domain instead of the one assigned to your account by LiveHelpNow.
  2. Edit CSS in Admin Panel->Support portal -> Look & Feel to change colors, location of elements, etc. (a webmaster help is required here). You can also email our developers for help at
  3. Use Custom JavaScript field in Admin Panel->Support portal ->general settings (third party widget section) to enter Google Analytics or any other tracking scripts needed.
