Updating Offline Settings - holidays and vacations
How do I update my offline chat settings for holidays and vacations?
When your team is going to be offline for holidays or vacations, you can update your offline settings and message. This setting can also be modified when you have chat agents that have called out unexpectedly from work.
The following video will explain the steps.
For the embedded style window, go to chat > chat windows > select your chat windows (you may have more than one) > offline settings > update your message > save settings.
For the legacy window, go to > legacy pop-up windows > chat windows > select your chat window > scroll down to offline message to update > save settings.
