What Changes Will the Knowledge Base Pages Update Bring?
Knowledge Base is an important tool that can help agents answer questions faster and more efficiently. In the attempt to better serve our customers we have reorganized the way LiveHelpNow Knowledge Base articles display.
Here are the changes all LiveHelpNow users will see following this update.
Left side column now displays the Knowledge Base category and article list for easier navigation. The left column now features the popular article section as well.
Right side column now features article quick links. The quick links are automatically generated from the article titles and all h1 and h2 tags. The right column also displays each article rating and subscription, making it easier for users to engage with the content.
3. The Knowledge Base homepage now allows admins to inject a custom HTML section.
The reorganized Knowledge Base will make it easier to find, rate, and subscribe to specific articles within the system. “It’s hard to make a difference when you can’t find your keys.” We hope this update can help you do both.
