How do I force my operators to login to LiveHelpNow securely?
The operator console allows for both secured and unsecured login. The secured login ensures that all content is 256 bit SSL encrypted. Unsecured login will not offer that protection but the console will run slightly faster.
If you'd like to force operators to login securely automatically, then enable the following setting in Admin Panel > Chat System > System Setup > System Settings:
