Removing Priority or Category fields from the ticket submission form

How do I remove Priority or Category field from Ticket submission form?

To remove category or priority field from ticket submission form please follow these steps:

Make sure that all Categories and Priorities are set as "Private" in Admin Panel->Ticket System->System Setup->Ticket Categories/Email Templates

 Leaving only private values in category and priority fields will hide the field on the public ticket submission form
