How long is the trial, what happens if I upgrade during the trial, what happens when my trial expires?

The LiveHelpNow free trial is for 30 days.


If you upgrade during trial all Ads and Trial reminders will be removed and your paid subscription will be started immediately.


If you let your trial expire all your data including analytics, chat transcrips, knowledge base and tickets will be purged within 24 hours.
