How much does it cost?
Join.me offers a free 14 day pro trial for you use, or if you prefer you may create a paid pro account from the start. Your join.me account will work seamlessly with your LiveHelpNow account, but your join.me account will be managed and billed through join.me.

How do I use it?

 

  • If you would like to setup remote assistance, please go to https://join.me and select "Free pro trial." Create a user account with your desired email address and password. 
  • Once you have created a join.me account, please log in to your LiveHelpNow account and switch to the admin panel. Once in the admin panel, please select My Account → Integrations → click on the join.me logo. Then simply fill out the form using your join.me username and password. 
  • Don't forget to check the Join.Me enabled checkbox to activate Join.Me within LiveHelpNow!
