How do I use it?


  • If you would like to setup remote assistance, please go to and select "Free pro trial." Create a user account with your desired email address and password. 
  • Once you have created a account, please log in to your LiveHelpNow account and switch to the admin panel. Once in the admin panel, please select My Account → Integrations → click on the logo. Then simply fill out the form using your username and password. 
  • Don't forget to check the Join.Me enabled checkbox to activate Join.Me within LiveHelpNow!
